On Friday, September 26, 2025 around midday, all four versions of my EN - new book were finally uploaded and published. And I collapsed, happy and exhausted: I'd been researching, experimenting, collecting, saving, and organizing since April, and then writing the book since mid-August. In the second week of September, I returned home from my fasting retreat with a finished manuscript.
