My cozy room for guests which you can rent lies in the pedestrian zone IDAR in a spacious old building. The appartment is used as a shared flat (shared use of kitchen, bathroom,
terrace):
The room itself is spacious and has its own small wardrobe with a shoe rack in the anteroom. The inviting bed with plenty of storage space in the two chests of drawers is comfortable even for a
longer stay. At the end of the bed is a box for used laundry. A cozy seating area invites you to browse, literature can be found on a small shelf. The furnishings are complemented by a desk and a
spacious wardrobe.

The shared bathroom is furnished for seniors: a raised toilet, foldable armrests and a heavy-duty grab bar in the shower. The step to the shower is easy to climb, as are the slightly lower steps to the first floor. Those who prefer to sit lower can use the separate guest toilet. Towels are provided, half of the closet is reserved for the guest.
The kitchen is spacious and friendly and, when the weather is nice, invites you to step out onto the terrace or pick herbs to refine your dishes. Crockery and kitchen utensils can be shared. Coffee, tea and energized gemstone water are freely available for a small donation to the coffee fund.
Located in the middle of the pedestrian zone between the stock exchange, gem museum, Alexanderplatz and Schleiferplatz, you can shop for everything you need on a daily basis and shops, banks,
doctors and restaurants are within walking distance. There is also a weekly market on Thursdays. To German Gemmological Society e.V. it is about 1.3 km or 2 bus stops.
In the house below are the shops "Marina" and "Von-Poll-Immobilien". The entrance to the courtyard leads to the right. The apartment on the 1st floor can be reached via the rear entrance on the
left, the room is quietly located to the rear/south.
